Peel Public Health is looking for our next Director, Public Health (Family Health) to champion inclusive leadership and bring innovative solutions that support evidence-informed decision-making across Peel Public Health. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the review and transformation of the Family Health team, fostering a collaborative work environment grounded in inclusivity, respect, and shared purpose.
Family Health Division Overview
The Family Health Division focuses on optimizing early child development and lifelong well-being through initiatives such as the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children program, breastfeeding support, and infant nutrition programs. Our efforts aim to reduce health disparities, enhance equity, and improve overall community health.

In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga ON worksite. The frequency of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies.
