The role:
Join our team as a Water/Wastewater (W/WW) Analytics and Business Support Specialist and leverage your skills to make a meaningful impact in water and wastewater operations. Reporting to the Supervisor of Water/Wastewater Business Support, you'll apply your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and business systems to drive efficiencies across operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical and business teams, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that enhance service delivery. You'll optimize workflows, develop performance metrics, and implement best practices through data collection and evaluation, enabling strategic improvements and supporting new initiatives. Work Mode & Job Location: In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. This means you'll have the ability to work off-site and on-site as needed, depending on operational needs at the 230 Advance Blvd., Brampton worksite. The frequency of on-site work may vary from week to week, depending on operational demands, which can evolve over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies.
