WE ARE HIRING!

 

We are continuously looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in various clinical roles, including:  

 

Registered Nurse (RN):  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing & actively registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario 
  • Experience in geriatric or long-term care is an asset  
  • Availability: A minimum of four (4) shifts per month for twelve (12) calendar months of the year, be available to work one (1) weekend per month and available to work either Christmas or New Years Day 
  • Must have and maintain a valid CPR Level C/First Aid Certification

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN): 

  • Diploma in Nursing & actively registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario   
  • Experience in geriatric or long-term care is an asset
  • Must have and maintain a valid CPR Level C/First Aid Certification 

 Personal Support Worker/ Health Care Aid (PSW/HCA): 

  • Personal Support Worker Certificate: graduation from a program whose curriculum has been approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and/or NACC must be provided  
  • Must have and maintain a valid CPR Level C/First Aid Certification

Adult Day Support Worker:  

  • Personal Support Worker Certificate; graduation from a program whose curriculum has been approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and/or NACC must be provided 
  • One year in a community setting or an adult day service or long-term care setting is an asset 
  • Must have and maintain a valid CPR Level C/First Aid Certification 
  • Must have and maintain a valid Food Handlers Certification 
  • Must have and maintain a Pharmacology Certification

  • Peel Manor LTC - 25 Main St N, Brampton ON L6X1N9
  • Tall Pines LTC - 1001 Peter Robertson Blvd, Brampton ON L6R2Y3
  • Malton Village LTC - 7075 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga ON L4T4M1
  • Sheridan Villa LTC - 2460 Truscott Dr, Mississauga ON L5J3Z8 
  • Davis Centre LTC - 80 Allan Dr, Bolton ON L7E 1P7

*Preference of work location will be discussed with all candidates during the recruitment process

 

Please note: Successful candidates hired to work within any of The Region of Peel’s Long Term Care Homes are required to provide the following information prior to your first day: 

  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check 
  • TB Skin Testing 
  • All certifications   

It is the responsibility of the successful candidate to pay for any associated costs of the above noted checks.

 

Successful candidates are required to have availability for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
