As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of improving the lives of residents in long-term care. You’ll work closely with an amazing interdisciplinary team, including the Administrator and the Practice, Innovation, and Education team, to ensure top-quality care and outcomes for those with medically complex needs.
