Program Manager, Infrastructure Planning and Studies State of Good Repair
Status: Regular Full Time
Salary Range: $110,870 to $138,589 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits, where applicable)
Work Mode: Hybrid; 2 days on-site per week which can increase based on operational requirements*see below for more details about this work mode.

Who we are: Infrastructure Planning, Partnerships and Compliance helps achieve our mission of "Providing Clean Water for Life" by protecting and managing our water resources, planning new water and wastewater infrastructure to meet growth demands, asset management planning to maintain the existing $26 Billion infrastructure in a state of good repair, planning and supporting water and wastewater regulatory compliance and quality management systems. We build and manage strategic partnerships with the Local Municipalities, Ontario Clean Water Agency, Conservation Authorities, and other municipalities and external agencies
In this role you will Supervise a team of 4 Advisors, 4 Project Managers, 1 Specialist and 1 Student.
What you will do in this role:
The Program Manager leads large complex programs related to water/wastewater infrastructure such as Long Term State of Good Repair (SOGR) Strategy for Capital Projects ranging from $10 Million to $100 + Million. The role also includes completion of complex feasibility studies, water/wastewater infrastructure risk assessment studies and strategies and redundancy requirements, specific projects related to developing strategic plans, process/system relating to water/wastewater infrastructure replacement and renewal, review, develop and implement highly specialized engineering and decision making tools such as, Asset Prioritization Systems.

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve.
