As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care, while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment for both residents and your team. 

You’ll be trusted not only for your clinical knowledge and critical thinking but also for your ability to mentor, lead, and connect on a human level. 


Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Current certificate of competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario 
  • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills 
  • Experience in long-term care is strongly preferred 
  • Proven ability to manage complex care needs and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • A person-centered, compassionate approach to resident care 
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills 
  • Physical ability to perform all delegated nursing duties

  • Sheridan Villa – 2460 Truscott Dr, Mississauga 
  • Davis Centre – 80 Allan Dr, Bolton 

Preference of work location will be discussed with all candidates during the recruitment process.
