Hours of work: 35 hours per week for full time positions. Monday to Friday. *May require evening, weekend and statutory holidays availability based on operational need*
Salary Range: $46.00 to $54.59 per hour as per the collective agreement

The School Health Program requires a Public Health Nurse who can build and maintain strong relationships to deliver population health strategies to improve health outcomes for a group of schools across Peel Region. The individual must work in a self-directed manner within a collaborative team environment to promote and deliver services using a comprehensive school health approach. Work Mode & Job Location: at 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, along with the ability to work offsite. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. Please note you will be required to travel daily to various community sites, including schools, meetings and resource pick ups in Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton & Caledon).
