Clinic Physician – Sexual Health Clinics (Contractor)

Location: Peel Region Clinics in Mississauga & Brampton
Hourly Rate: $120

As a Clinic Physician (contractor) in our Sexual Health Clinics, you’ll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable populations and promoting sexual health and reproductive well-being.

Sexual health services are essential to preventing disease, reducing health disparities, and empowering individuals to make informed choices. Your Role

As a Clinic Physician (contractor), you will:

  • Provide STI assessment, diagnosis, and treatment (e.g., Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, Genital warts, MPOX, HIV).
  • Offer contraception counseling and prescribing, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Perform IUD insertions (training available if needed).
  • Utilize and maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Perform venipuncture (training available if required).

What We’re Looking For

  • Medical degree and current CPSO licensure to practice independently in Ontario.
  • Experience or strong interest in sexual health.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and willingness to learn new clinical skills.

Commitment & Flexibility

  • Minimum one 3–5 hour shift per week (additional shifts are an asset).
  • Clinics operate Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
