Salary Range: $158,920 – $198,650 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)
Hire Range:$158,920 - $178,785 per annum

Location: Malton Village Long Term Care Centre, 7075 Rexwood Road, Mississauga, ON
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week. Due to the nature of long‑term care operations, this role requires flexibility and availability to work outside regular business hours, including evenings or weekends, as required.
The Region of Peel operates five municipally funded long‑term care homes, providing care to seniors with increasingly complex needs across the continuum of care. Seniors Services is comprised of Long Term Care and Seniors Services Development and is guided by a shared commitment to delivering compassionate, respectful, and individualized care.
Malton Village is a community‑embedded long‑term care home in Mississauga with 160 licensed beds, Adult Day Services, and specialized dementia‑care programming. The home is recognized as the birthplace of the Butterfly Model of Care in Ontario and continues to play a leadership role in advancing emotion‑based, person‑centred approaches for people living with dementia.
Seniors Services is guided by the Seniors Services Strategic Plan (2024–2029), which responds to a rapidly growing seniors population, increasing care complexity, and the need for sustainable, integrated models of care that support residents, caregivers, and staff.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Administrator / Executive Director to lead Malton Village and contribute to system‑level leadership across Peel’s long‑term care and seniors services portfolio.
As Administrator / Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and accountability for Malton Village, ensuring safe, high‑quality, compliant, and sustainable operations in alignment with the Seniors Services Strategic Plan (2024–2029) and its three strategic goals.
