Hiring Range: $75,696.00 - $85,159.00 per annum
Work Mode: Hybrid - A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve

Hours of work: 35 hours per week with occasional extended hours during peak periods.

Peel Region is looking for a knowledgeable and service-focused Coordinator, Employee Service Centre, Payroll to join our Human Resources team for an assignment of up to six months. In this role, you will apply your payroll expertise, analytical skills, and careful attention to detail to support accurate and timely employee transactions, payroll calculations, benefits administration, onboarding, HR policies, and OMERS inquiries.
Working within our Employee Service Centre and through the ServiceNow platform, you will help employees navigate important moments in their employment journey. Your work will directly contribute to an employee experience built on timely service, accurate information, care, transparency, and trust.
As part of ONEHR, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and organizational partners to deliver connected, client-centred services. Your contributions will support Peel Region’s People Strategy by strengthening service excellence, operational effectiveness, and an inclusive employee experience.

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that we're compliant with all regulations and policies.
