Set within the Health Services Department, the Long Term Care Division is comprised of five Long Term Care homes and Community Support Services across the Region of Peel. The Long Term Care mandate is to optimize the quality of life of its residents and community clients through its quest for excellence and provision of services that are responsive, respectful and reliable.
Exciting News! Peel Manor is transforming to a Seniors' Health & Wellness Village. The Hub will include our Long Term Care Centre along with community support services and additional space for allied health services focused on the needs of seniors.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and guidance to assist the staff of the Long Term Care Home in the performance of their duties. Ensuring all service is provided in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Standards, Regional Values, LTC Division policies and procedures and evidence based practice.
Location: 525 Main Street North, Brampton (Peel Manor LTC)
Hours of work: 11:00am - 7:00pm flexible hours required and rotational weekends.
