Our Human Resources division is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to be an advisor to senior and executive leadership focused on strategic human resources (HR) initiatives for a client department.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic consulting level support, planning and guidance and is responsible for understanding the client business, assisting in the prioritization and execution of HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the overall business and HR strategy.
The HRBP is a key conduit between the client department and HR to communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to the appropriate level regarding business needs. The HRBP provides consultation to the client leadership team on strategic organizational development and change management and strives to understand client's priorities and engage other members of the overall human resources team to provide comprehensive client focused human resources and workforce planning solutions.
Areas of Primary Focus: Talent Management, Change Management, Workforce/Succession Planning, Workforce Analytics
Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week; Monday-Friday
